Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and lovingly recreated to a 1970s style, complete with a comfortable bed, good shower, and very stable wifi. However, the bathrooms were a bit small and outdated for the price. The service was top-notch, with amazingly friendly and accommodating staff. The location was fantastic, just off the main shopping street, ensuring a quiet environment day and night. The dining experience was very good overall, although some areas were not as clean as expected.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were well-equipped with a good size TV, a mini bar, and a safe; however, the downside was that my room faced directly onto the road, preventing us from opening the window. The service was exceptional, with polite and helpful staff who were quick to assist with any requests. The location was ideal, just off a main road, making it convenient for walking around. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a selection that had something for everyone. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel had some positives like amazing service and a brilliant location but was let down by small, noisy rooms and an issue with security. The rooms, while not meeting the promised standard, were cozy and provided a good shower, although the Wi-Fi was unstable. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from neighboring rooms that affected the overall stay.
The hotel is ideally located in the center of Madrid, just off Gran Via, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although some maintenance issues like water leakage were evident. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. The dining experience offers diverse and tempting choices, ensuring guest satisfaction. Overall, with some updates and renovations anticipated, this hotel offers good value for money in a prime location.
The hotel is great for those who want a convenient location, but rooms may feel cramped for families. The service is top-notch with helpful staff, though there might be pricing concerns. Dining options are good but not exceptional. The location is superb for city exploration and close to major attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Gran Via Madrid, within walking distance to almost all recommended tourist sites. However, considering the price paid, I expected a slightly better experience.
